Ken and Barb have owned Legacy Farm for 30 years. Legacy Farm is located just North of Indianapolis between Noblesville and Westfield, Indiana. There is a 60 x 130 indoor arena with rubber/sand footing and an automated watering system. There is a full size sand, competition dressage ring and a grass exercise area with a hill for building endurance. We are a friendly, but quiet, facility.
Horses receive either pasture turnout or private turnout in paddocks. We have a wash stall with hot and cold water and 14 stalls with rubber mats. Most of the stalls have Dutch doors for optimal ventilation. Legacy Farm offers optimal horse care and careful attention to the horse and rider’s needs.
Ken has been an active equestrian for more than 30 years. Ken is a USEF “r” dressage judge but is currently in the USEF “R” training program. Additionally, Ken is a USDF Certified Instructor. Ken is also an active member of the Indiana Dressage Society for over 25 years. He is currently an IDS board member but has been a past IDS president and vice president. Ken has been a USDF Participating Member Delegate, served on the USDF Marketing Committee, served 5 years as Chairperson for the USDF Membership Committee, and was the USDF Region 2 Director for 9 years.
Barb, the barn manager, works with each horse and rider in order to optimize the feed requirements for the equine athlete.
